"The assistance I received was very informative. People were honest and considerate of others regardless of their financial status.” Linda, Administer Justice LITC client.
We run two tax programs – an ESL outreach and a tax controversy program.

We need individuals willing to be trained in basic tax issues to present seminars in the community in Spanish.
We also need individuals to hand out materials at outreach events, post materials around the community, and help prepare materials for presentations.

We need accountants, attorneys and enrolled agents willing to help individuals with notices received from the IRS. Most of the time this is limited assistance involving phone calls and correspondence.
We provide malpractice insurance, research assistance and other assistance as needed. Your professional donation of time is matched in dollars by the federal government so you are providing a double benefit. We also need attorneys and CPA’s licensed to practice before the tax court to help with small tax cases where the amount in controversy is less than $50,000 and the person earns less than 250% of the federal poverty guideline.
