Our Mission

Our mission is to provide legal, educational, financial and conflict resolution services to those who are most in need and our local communities.  While faith motivates her desire to serve, we are nonsectarian and in no way limit our services to any race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion or any other basis other than emphasizing services for the poor.

Most of our major programs – legal, financial, and conciliation – are free, except for very small and affordable administrative fees. This ensures that those who need our services can obtain them regardless of their ability to pay.

Legal Services

Our team of volunteer and paid attorneys are some of the best in the county. The goal of our legal services is to "Administer Justice" by serving the legal needs of low-income families. Our paid and volunteer legal teams focus on educational outreach, legal appointments, and representation as a way of demonstrating God's mercy and compassion to those in need.

Financial Services

The goal of our financial services is to administer justice and security by promoting a program of educational outreach, financial counseling, and low income tax payer assistance, as a way of demonstrating Christ's mercy and compassion to those in need.

Our volunteer counselors work with individuals and families to help them establish spending plans. We do not do investments and our service is strictly limited to helping individuals get out and stay out of debt.

Low Income Tax Assistance (LITC)

In addition to financial budget counseling, Administer Justice provides tax counseling through a low income taxpayer clinic program.

This educational program is designed to help low income taxpayers understand their rights and obligations under our complicated tax code.

Mediation + Reconciliation Support

The goal of our conflict resolution services is to administer justice and peace by promoting a program of educational outreach, counseling, and out of court resolution of disputes through mediation and arbitration, as a way of demonstrating Christ's mercy and compassion to those in need.

Administer Justice provides educational outreach through community seminars on how to manage conflict.  We all face conflict and most of us do not face it well.  There is a better way and Administer Justice's "Got Conflict?" seminars help demonstrate how.  Most of these seminars are conducted through local churches. Education

Administer Justice believes in educating the community to help people improve the lives. Attorneys and counselors at Administer Justice take the time to educate clients in how to protect and defend themselves in the world of relationships, finances and matters of law.

By educating the client to help themselves as much as possible, clients are able to solve many of their own issues. They can improve their lives for their friends and families, avoid unnecessary conflicts and disputes, and prepare for a brighter future in the issues of faith, family and in the best interests of our society. Prayer and Faith

When a client and their family is in trouble, often they need religious or spiritual encouragement during a time of stress or crisis. Many of our counselors and attorneys feel privileged to say a prayer and offer a word of encouragement for their clients and their families.

In addition, many of our educational resources may reference to the Bible for practical wisdom and guidance in setting priorities and guiding morals. More...
